We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects. The candidate will coordinate daily site activities, supervise workers, ensure quality standards, and complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site work and labor teams.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications.
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
Manage materials, tools, and site inventory.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
Prepare daily work reports and update management on project status.
Resolve in office issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
