Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and measurements.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as required.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using measuring instruments.
Maintain production targets while ensuring accuracy and product quality.
Identify machine or production issues and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.
Perform basic machine maintenance and tool replacement when required.
Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements
Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator is preferred.




Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic dimensions and tolerances.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills
CNC turning / milling machine experience.
Basic knowledge of machine offsets and tool setting.
Knowledge of G-code/M-code is an advantage.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
