Job Summary

The Tender & Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, handling techno-commercial documentation, preparing RA and final bills, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation as per contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit tender documents, bid proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for tender inputs.
Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
Verify measurements and maintain billing records.
Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment processing.
Prepare variation claims, extra item statements, and supporting documents.




Maintain billing MIS and contract documentation.
Coordinate with site teams for measurement sheets and work progress records.
Ensure compliance with contractual and client billing requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

Experience
2–6 years of experience in Tendering, Billing, Quantity Verification, or Contract Management in EPC, PEB, Steel Structure, or Construction industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
