Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service in the food and beverage outlets by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The GSA acts as the first point of contact, assisting with seating, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Process bills and payments efficiently.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, or special events.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Hotel Management diploma preferred)
Prior experience in F&B; service is an advantage but not always required.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.
