We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to handle GCC recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, telecalling, screening, vacancy fulfillment, client coordination, and visa documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for GCC job vacancies.
Conduct telecalling and regular candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Work towards filling assigned vacancies.
Handle recruitment and visa processing documentation.
Maintain candidate and client relationships.
Support recruitment sales and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid telecalling and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Experience in recruitment, visa processing, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided to selected freshers.

Probation: 3 months
Work Mode: Full time, On-Site
Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
