Role Summary

To lead and manage electrical execution across construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely delivery, and coordination with all stakeholders while handling billing, reporting, and team management.

Working with the MD, Project Head, and PM.

Salary:₹ 6 LPA (Negotiable)

Key role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage electrical works at construction sites (HT/LT, wiring, panels, lighting, earthing, etc.)
Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for execution
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams
Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and quantity measurements
Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
Inspect installations and maintain quality control
Manage materials, vendors, and subcontractors
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover




Resolve site-related technical issues
Supervise team, set targets, and monitor progress
Conduct regular site visits to ensure timelines are met
Prepare periodic reports for management
Train and upskill team members
Sound knowledge of Billing, Co-ordination, and Execution, Experience in BOQ, billing, and reporting.

Role Demands (travel): YES (Currently within Assam only)

Location: Guwahati HO.

Diploma/B-Tech in Electrical

Min-5 Years of experience required.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
