Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front Office Trainer cum Counsellor to train students/candidates in front office operations while providing career guidance and counselling. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional personality, and practical knowledge of the hospitality/front office sector.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Front Office Operations and hospitality fundamentals.
Teach topics such as guest handling, reservations, check-in/check-out, telephone etiquette, complaint handling, billing, and customer service.
Provide practical demonstrations, role plays, and assessments to improve students' job readiness.
Counsel students regarding career opportunities, courses, skills, and employment options in the hospitality industry.
Assess students' performance and provide regular feedback.
Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and student progress reports.
Support students in interview preparation, resume writing, grooming, and workplace etiquette.
Coordinate with management regarding training schedules, student performance,



and placement activities.
Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive learning workplace.

Required Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
Relevant experience in front office operations and/or hospitality training.
Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
Robust communication, presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in hotel front office operations, training, counselling, or a related role.
Experience in student training or vocational/skill-development institutes will be preferred.
