Key Responsibilities
Source and procure hydraulic components, raw materials, and engineering items.
Identify, evaluate, and develop current vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.




Prepare periodic purchase and vendor performance reports.
Import Documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hydraulic, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
Positive understanding of hydraulic components and industrial materials.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
