About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Executive to manage our customer order cycles from start to finish. You will act as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams (PPC, Production, Logistics) to ensure seamless scheduling, on-time dispatches, and accurate SAP invoicing.

Core Responsibilities
Order Management: Download customer schedules (via email/portals) and track orders, revisions, and dispatch statuses.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Production Planning (PPC), Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Customer Communication: Proactively update customers on production progress, delays, and shipment statuses while resolving queries promptly.
Invoicing & Portals: Generate customer invoices in SAP, update dispatch details on customer portals, and create Advance Shipping Notices (ASN).
Payment Tracking: Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts department.
Reporting:



Prepare daily and weekly reports on schedules, dispatches, pending orders, and payment follow-ups.

Key Requirements
Experience: Proven sales/operations experience in the manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP (invoicing/sales orders), customer portals, ASN creation, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of Production Planning (PPC) and dispatch workflows.
Soft Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple customer accounts, and comfortable working under strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
