Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage GSA to join our hospitality team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
Set up and transparent tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Follow standard operating procedures for food and beverage service.
Assist with restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; operations as required.
Ensure proper handling of equipment, crockery, cutlery, and other service items.




Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, or hotels preferred.
Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a strong customer-service mindset.
