Install and commission kitchen accessories such as modular kitchen fittings, hinges, drawer systems, gas lifts, and other hardware.
Provide in office and remote technical support to customers, dealers, and distributors.
Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and provide effective solutions.
Handle service requests, complaints, and warranty claims efficiently.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of installed products.
Train dealers, installers, and customers on proper product usage and installation.
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation for all service activities.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to address recurring issues and improve product design.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
