Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to IVF and fertility services.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding consultations, investigations, treatment procedures, and appointment availability.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing patients.
Explain clinic services, packages, and treatment processes as per clinic guidelines.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and front office staff for patient scheduling.
Maintain accurate patient records in CRM/HMS software.
Follow up with patients for reports, treatment continuation, and feedback.
Handle WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries professionally.
Ensure complete confidentiality of patient information.
Meet daily call and follow-up targets while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, healthcare, or IVF/fertility clinics.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
