We are looking for a highly data-driven Meta Ads Expert who can scale profitable campaigns, reduce CAC, improve MER, and drive consistent revenue growth through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
Manage Conversion, Sales, Catalog, Lead Generation, and Retargeting campaigns.
Handle campaign budgets ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹50+ lakh per month.
Build full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF).

Performance Optimization
Improve:
ROAS
CPA
CAC
CTR
Conversion Rate
MER
Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and offer testing.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Monitor ad fatigue and creative performance.

Tracking & Analytics
Implement and manage:
Meta Pixel
Conversion API (CAPI)
GA4
UTM Tracking
Analyze customer journeys and attribution data.
Create weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Creative Strategy




Work closely with designers and content creators.
Develop:
UGC concepts
Video ads
Static creatives
Carousel ads
Identify winning hooks, angles, and messaging.

E-commerce Growth
Optimize campaigns for:
COD orders
Prepaid orders
Upsells
Repeat purchases
Improve customer acquisition and retention metrics.
Collaborate with Shopify and retention marketing teams.

Mandatory RequirementsMust Have
3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Proven experience scaling D2C e-commerce brands.
