We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in an e-commerce environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring timely order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving operational targets while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Monitor team performance and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.
Allocate tasks and manage workforce scheduling effectively.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely dispatch of orders.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Train and guide warehouse associates on SOPs and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is preferred.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
