Role & responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
Validate and calibrate analytical methods and laboratory equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of test results, deviations, and observations.
Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal audits and support external inspections.
Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
Analyze data and prepare QC reports with key findings and trends.
Manage sample receipt, handling, storage, and tracking.
Develop and update SOPs, QC procedures, and work instructions.
Train and support junior staff on QC practices and equipment.
Troubleshoot analytical and equipment-related issues.
Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
