Supervise daily sheet metal production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
Allocate manpower and machines effectively.
Monitor workflow to minimize downtime.
Ensure products meet drawing specifications and quality standards.
Verify first-off inspection before mass production.
Monitor critical dimensions, welding quality, bends, hole locations, and assembly fitment.
Assign daily work responsibilities.
Ensure proper utilization of laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, grinding, and assembly equipment.
Solid knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Familiarity with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, CAPA).
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
