Role Objective: Total coordination of MIS operations

Responsibilities:
Liaison and handle all works related to RSBCL and excise at Jaipur
Review, analyze, and present industry data
Prepare sales reports and monitor progress
Present depot stock with stock age analysis
Track sales staff movement via ADP and direct contact
Maintain leave records of employees
Prepare and submit timesheets and other records for salary payment
Process and verify TA/DA bills for submission to HQ
Handle all required accounting work
Coordinate with the sales team and provide necessary inputs
Prepare and verify rebate charts as per the approved schemes

Reporting To: Sales Director
