Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis and dashboard preparation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing reports and supporting management with business insights.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Create reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Collect, maintain and analyze business data.
Prepare sales reports region-wise, salesman-wise and product-wise.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Track and maintain sales team visit reports.
Maintain sampling and dispatch records.
Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Analyze trends and provide practical insights.
Support process improvement through data analysis.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.




Positive MIS reporting and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of dashboards and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Education

Any Graduate – Computer Science, Business, Commerce or related field preferred.

Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in MIS and reporting preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and regular reporting.
