Steward

A Steward is responsible for providing effective food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining setting. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and escort guests to their tables in a courteous manner
Present menus, explain dishes, and take food & beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and resetting (mise en place)
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Assist in billing, POS handling, and payment processing (if required)
Support team members during busy service periods

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
