Own real-time monitoring of operations across cities, hubs, and partners to ensure SLA
and TAT adherence.
Act as the first line of escalation for operational issues and ensure timely resolution and
closure.
Track and drive key performance metrics such as on-time performance, productivity,
capacity utilization, defect rates, and operational exceptions.
Identify recurring operational issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective
and preventive actions.
Work closely with city teams, central operations, supply chain, and support functions to
ensure smooth coordination.
Provide structured updates and insights to leadership with data-backed
recommendations.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce
manual interventions.
