Vinara Infra seeks a detail-oriented Sr. Planning Engineer to oversee construction project timelines, resources, and compliance. You ll develop schedules, mitigate risks, track budgets, and ensure on-time project delivery in Bangalore. Collaboration with contractors, clients, and internal teams is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities Create/maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor costs vs. budgets and control expenditures
Track progress, report delays, and adjust plans dynamically
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with safety/quality standards and RERA
Prepare progress reports for senior management
Requirements

Mandatory: DCE & B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRIMAVERA P6, LEED
Experience: 5 to 8 Years in Commercial, Residentials & Industrial Construction Projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
