Shift: 9-hour rotational shift (between 8:00 AM 10:00 PM)
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility
Excellent communication skills (V4 English Communication mandatory).
Customer-focused with positive problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary
17,500 In-Hand (Stipend)

Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Accurately update customer information in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
