Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the overall financial accounting and reporting activities.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Supervise the bookkeeping function, including monitoring and reviewing the recording of financial transactions, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, sales tax, property tax, etc.).




Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively communicate and implement any necessary adjustments to the company's tax strategies and processes.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Perform financial analysis, identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
