Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 3+ years of experience, preferably from the fertilizer or agri-input industry, to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on knowledge of Tally (including E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing), GST filings, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accounts in Tally, including generation and management of E-Way Bills and E-Invoices

Handle GST returns and ensure timely compliance

Manage accounts payable & receivable

Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and bank reconciliation

Handle TDS calculations and filings

Maintain proper ledger records

Assist in finalization of accounts

Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance





Manage billing and documentation specific to fertilizer/agri-input trade (subsidy billing, dealer invoicing, stock records, etc., if applicable)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; experience in the fertilizer or agriculture-input industry preferred

Proficiency in Tally, including E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation

Positive working knowledge of MS Excel

Sound understanding of GST and taxation

Willingness to relocate and stay onsite (accommodation provided)

Willingness to sign a 2-year work bond
