Job Title: Trade Operations Executive (Import & Export)Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to SaturdayJob Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Import and Export Trade Operations.
Process and verify trade finance documents, including Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, Bills Collection, and Remittances.
Scrutinize import and export documents as per banking and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with customers, banks, shipping companies, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, UCP 600, and other trade regulations.
Monitor transactions and resolve discrepancies in trade documents.
Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and transaction trackers.
Support timely processing of trade transactions within defined TATs.

Skills Required
Knowledge of Import and Export Trade Operations.
Understanding of LC,



Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and International Trade Finance.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.

Eligibility
Graduate in Commerce, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in Trade Finance / Import-Export Operations preferred.
Freshers with relevant education and knowledge of trade finance may also apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
