Lead design execution on assigned projects from concept and wireframes to polished, pixel-perfect, production-ready UI across web and Mobile.
Apply solid UX thinking: user flows, journey maps, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability validation.
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, reviewing their work and giving explicit, constructive feedback.
Act as a key design point of contact for clients on your projects presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and managing revisions professionally.
Translate briefs and requirements into clear creative direction and well-structured design solutions.
Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable templates to keep work consistent and scalable.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean handoff, feasible designs, and accurate implementation.
Support intake and estimation of incoming creative requests, helping plan and prioritise design tasks.




Maintain Evince brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas into projects and pitches.
Contribute creative concepts and assets to proposals and pre-sales work when needed.
Expert command of UI design across web and mobile, with a sharp eye for detail.
Solid UX foundation research, flows, IA, interaction design, and prototyping.
Mastery of Figma (and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite) for design and prototyping.
Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Experience mentoring or guiding other designers and reviewing their work.
Positive client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design-to-dev handoff.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
