Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description

Location: THRISSUR
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present company products and services to potential customers.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.




Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Any Degree
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
