Role & responsibilities
Support daily production activities as per the production schedule.
Coordinate with the Production Manager, Store, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production reports, work orders, and daily progress records.
Monitor availability of raw materials and report shortages.
Assist in planning and scheduling production activities.
Ensure timely movement of materials between departments.
Maintain proper documentation of production records and reports.
Follow company quality standards and production procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for production-related requirements.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished products as per the committed schedule.
Report production delays, material shortages,



and operational issues to the Production Manager.
Support inventory verification and stock reconciliation whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in Production, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Signage, Advertising, Engineering, or Industrial Operations will be preferred.
Understanding of production processes and workflow.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping ability.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
