About Us

Classic Regency is a premium 4-star hotel in Alappuzha committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Captain to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet service.
Lead and motivate Captains, Stewards, and Trainees.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front Office for smooth service.
Monitor service quality, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Train team members on SOPs, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
Maintain billing accuracy and restaurant discipline.

Requirements




Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B; service, with at least 1 year as a Captain or Senior Captain in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Robust leadership, communication, and guest handling skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
