Academic Counselor

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Admission & Academic Counselor with excellent telecalling, counseling, and sales skills to join our team.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Admission Counseling/Education Sales.
Excellent telecalling and lead conversion skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Malayalam is an added advantage.
Positive computer knowledge and CRM experience.

Job Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets.




Maintain accurate student and lead records.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
