Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Admissions & Counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining our courses and competitive exam programs, generating leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, references, and enquiries.
Explain courses, batches, fees, facilities, and admission procedures.
Understand students' educational and career requirements and provide appropriate information.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested students until admission closure.
Achieve monthly call, visit, admission, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with counsellors and the academic team.
Maintain professional communication with students and parents.




Provide daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, sales, counselling, or education-sector experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude.
Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
