HOME CARE NURSE JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and monitor vital signs.
Administer medicines as prescribed.
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Provide diaper changing and incontinence care, including proper cleaning and skin care.
Assist with feeding, mobility, positioning, and transfers.
Maintain personal hygiene, bed linen, and patient surroundings.
Prevent bed sores through regular repositioning and skin checks.
Maintain daily care records and report changes in the patient's condition.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.
Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Home-care/elderly/bedridden patient experience preferred.
