Participate in stock counts, inward/outward materials, and replenishment.
Provide accurate information on offers, discounts, recent arrivals, and fabric details.
Resolve customer queries politely and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Experience in a textile or garment store will be an added advantage
