Key Responsibilities:
Operate conventional machine tools such as lathe, milling, drilling, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and shaping machines.
Manufacture, repair, and maintain dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and precision tooling.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Perform precision measurements using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Set up machines and select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish according to specified tolerances.
Carry out tool fitting, assembly, and trial runs.
Inspect finished components and ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean and protected work area.
Follow company safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
