Key Responsibilities:
Handle hotel reservations through calls, emails and booking platforms
Coordinate with hotel partners regarding room availability, rates and bookings
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Respond to guest and client inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate reservation records and booking details
Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback
Manage cancellations, modifications and booking-related concerns
Build and maintain robust relationships with hotels and travel partners
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Types of Enquiries :- Room Bookings/ Weddings/ Corporate or Group Booking.
