Oversee maintenance of HVAC, VRV/VRF AC systems, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, STP/WTP, DG sets, pumps, elevators, and utility services.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and AMC schedules.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, villas, spa, restaurant, kitchen, and public areas.
Coordinate renovation, repair, and improvement projects.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, inventory, and spare parts.
Prepare maintenance budgets, quotations, and cost estimates.
Ensure minimal downtime of all engineering systems.
Be available for emergency maintenance and breakdown support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
