Job Description : Business Development Specialist/Manager

Location : Pune / Nagpur (Work from Office)
Industry Background : IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation / Recruitment Services

Key Responsibilities :
Drive current business acquisition and revenue growth in the IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation domain.
Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients across various industry verticals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, Procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, cold calling, and client meetings.
Understand client hiring requirements and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Travel extensively for client meetings, business development activities,



and relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience :
3 to 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation industry.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, and staff augmentation models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced setting.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile :
Experience working with IT services, staffing, recruitment, or staff augmentation organizations.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of independently driving business growth.
Solid client-facing and consultative selling skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
