Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
Perform daily bank reconciliation.
Generate GST invoices and e-invoices where applicable.
File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GST data.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
Manage petty cash and daily cash closing.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance, audits, and income tax matters.
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
