We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of physics concepts at both the school and competitive exam (JEE/NEET) level, with the ability to make complex topics engaging and accessible for students.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality physics lessons aligned with the curriculum for grades 11 and 12
Teach core physics topics including Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Up-to-date Physics, with depth suited to competitive exam standards
Build problem-solving speed and conceptual clarity for JEE/NEET-style numerical and application-based questions
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and mock exams
Identify students who need additional support and provide remedial guidance
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school activities




Collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching strategies and exam outcomes

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field (B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc Physics)
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the 11th/12th or JEE/NEET coaching level (freshers with robust subject mastery may also apply)
Prior experience teaching IIT-JEE aspirants, or having studied at an IIT/top engineering institute, strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify advanced physics for exam-takers
Patience, creativity, and a student-first approach

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
