Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand B2B sales across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and introduce current collections to customers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and business agreements.
Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer meets.
Represent the EKADHI brand professionally in all business interactions.
Required Skills
Solid B2B Jewellery Sales experience.
Existing network of jewellery retailers and wholesalers in AP & TS.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship building and client management.
Business development and market expansion.
Sales forecasting and reporting.
Customer relationship management (CRM).
Knowledge of silver jewellery trends and products.
Ability to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and sales reporting.
