Job Description

Foxbrain is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor / Business Development Executive / Sales Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or counselling experience is preferred.
Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview performance).
