Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate project inquiries
Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timeline
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM)
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings
Provide basic project information (pricing, location, amenities, etc.)
Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Track daily/weekly lead status and report performance metrics
Ensure excellent customer experience at the first touchpoint
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
