Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor manpower, contractors, and workers.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Check quality of construction work and materials.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Maintain daily site reports and work records.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Follow and enforce safety procedures at the site.

Requirements





Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.

Experience in residential projects preferred.

Positive knowledge of construction activities, drawings, and site execution.

-Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Candidates available in Vapi or nearby areas preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
