F&B; Service Associate

Job Summary

The F&B; Service Associate is responsible for providing courteous, effective, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests. The role ensures a pleasant dining experience by following service standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt seating and service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and presentation guidelines.
Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean and well maintained.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
Assist in setting up and closing restaurants, banquets, and events.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Process bills and payments as per procedures (where applicable).
Comply with company policies, SOPs, and service guidelines.





Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or certificate/diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service preferred.
0–3 years of experience in F&B; service, restaurants, hotels, or resorts.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude and team spirit.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physically fit to stand and work for long hours.

Preferred Skills
Experience in restaurants, banquets, or room service operations.
Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and basic beverage service.
Familiarity with POS systems.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
