Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for high school students.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Conduct practical laboratory sessions while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, practicals, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods into classroom instruction.
Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
Qualifications
M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students through innovative teaching practices.
