Job Summary

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and boosting sales performance within our retail workplace. You will lead by example, engaging your team to achieve sales goals while maintaining outstanding service standards. Duties
Provide expert product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Supervise daily store operations, including stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability
Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash register operations accurately
Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-tier customer service, including phone etiquette and effective communication skills
Manage cash handling procedures, including cash drawer balancing and retail math calculations for transactions
Conduct retail store product knowledge sessions and ensure team members are well-informed about merchandise features




Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock counts as needed

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a retail or grocery store environment with strong leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems, handle cash register operations, and perform retail math accurately
Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases
Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
Knowledge of retail sales transactions, cashiering procedures, and cash handling best practices
Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail sales environments is a plus
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and courteously

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
