Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for customer support and backend roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, backend).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins .
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews .
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs .
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage bulk hiring drives and meet assigned hiring targets.




Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers .
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in BPO or bulk hiring recruitment.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) .
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of BPO hiring metrics .

Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-volume hiring.
Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
