Job Responsibilities:
Call students who have enquired about Banking, SSC, and Government exam coaching.
Explain course details, batch timings, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student inquiry records in Excel/CRM.
Handle WhatsApp communication and basic student support.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Experience in telecalling, sales, education, or coaching industry preferred
Freshers with valuable communication can also apply
