Position description:
Execute all engineering changes arising from internal stakeholders
Impliment actions identified for capacity enhancement
Impliment identified PACE projects as per the timeline
Frequent audit on finished goods stock of supplier both online / offline
Have signoff agreement with suppliers on all development actions related to PACE, Capacity, Quality Delivery
Constant search of waste elimination initiave in process raw material, logistics, packing etc
Bring out the need for additional suppliers induction based on QCDD performance of current supplier
NPD:




Conduct APQP process plan Development of parts required for given project
Develop parts to support proto Alpha, Beta QP requirements as per project milestones
Meet target cost of parts / assembly from Design Stage onwards
Create capacity as per identified actions, wherever it is required as per guideline provided by respective CP - CH
