Plan and arrange vehicles based on shipment requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments for smooth execution of shipments.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery.
Track shipments proactively and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Verify transport documents such as Lorry Receipt (LR), E-Way Bill, Proof of Delivery (POD), invoices, and other shipping documents.
Resolve transportation delays, vehicle breakdowns, route issues, and customer queries promptly.
Optimize vehicle utilization and control transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies,



and customer requirements.
Maintain transport MIS, daily operational reports, vehicle tracking records, and shipment data.
Coordinate POD collection and ensure timely closure of completed shipments.
Maintain robust relationships with transport vendors and negotiate for effective service where required.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
